Milan’s Kiton Showroom is located in the heart of Milan’s high fashion district, in a unique historic context. The interior space was designed to provide highly effective space for the showroom mission, exploring new ways of managing the show-sell process in an open and dynamic environment. The open space is subdivided into specialised activity areas by the configuration of the selected furniture, allowing for multiple re-arrangement and maximum flexibility of use. All possible configurations are made consistent under a luminous ceiling, from which the light is evenly diffused by a continuous translucent membrane. Artificial light can be adjusted in several pre-determined modes emphasizing the different uses of the various areas.
